What your body gets instead.
Every material decision NADS makes has one goal: reduce what your body is exposed to, and improve how you feel wearing it.
- A fit that stops the frictionThe quad-hugging inseam was engineered to eliminate ride-up and chafing at the source. No powder. No mid-day change. No thinking about it.
- A cleaner environment for your hormonal healthPolyester and nylon may be linked to endocrine stress when absorbed through the skin. The crotch liner is 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. No plastic at ball contact. No uncontrolled dye finishes where daily exposure is highest.
- Heat that escapes instead of buildingThe humid microclimate polyester creates is what feeds skin irritation, bacteria, and jock itch. Organic cotton dissipates heat naturally. Cooler and drier from the first hour to the last.
- Certified. Not self-reportedGOTS covers the full supply chain from farm to finished product. OEKO-TEX-certified dyes are tested against a list of substances harmful to human health. Both independently audited. That is what certified is supposed to mean.
- The quiet confidence of a man who handles the details most men overlookTraining, nutrition, sleep: dialed in. The garment touching the most absorbent skin on your body for 16 hours a day is the last upgrade. And the one hiding in plain sight.
You've upgraded everything.
Except this.
16 hours a day. Against your most absorbent skin. Most men have never thought twice about it. You are not most men.

That itch you keep blaming on dry skin? The chafing you've just learned to live with? Your body is reacting to something. Cheap conventional fabric sheds tiny plastic particles all day long, right against the most absorbent skin you have. That's daily exposure you never signed up for. You just didn't know.

Daily chemical exposure at your most hormone-sensitive zone is one of the most overlooked variables researchers point to in the decline of men's T-levels. Many fabrics, natural and conventional alike (bamboo, polyester, nylon) need chemical finishes to hold their shape. And most use cheap dyes linked to endocrine disruption in men.

You're adjusting before lunch. The itch is back. That sticky, humid feeling (and smell) that follows you everywhere. Conventional plastic fabrics like Polyester and Nylon trap heat, block airflow, and turn your underwear into an overheated environment where bacteria and fungi love to grow. You're leaving the door wide open for jock itch.
The most important variable in men's health nobody's talking about.
Testosterone levels in men have been declining for decades. Sperm counts have dropped by more than 50% in the last 40 years. Researchers point to a range of environmental factors, and chronic daily exposure to heat, microplastics, and chemical-laden fabrics at the body's most hormone-sensitive zone is one of the most overlooked variables in the conversation.
No other garment sits against more absorbent skin, for longer, closer to the system responsible for your hormonal health and fertility. Most men have never thought twice about what that garment is made of.
Better fabric. Better fit. A better environment for your boys.
Every row below is a material decision. Every material decision shapes the environment your body's most sensitive system lives in, all day.

Size up. If you're a medium, order a large. NADS shrinks slightly after the first wash; sizing up gives you the perfect post-wash fit.

Why organic cotton for underwear?
Organic cotton breathes in ways polyester-heavy fabrics don't: it releases heat and disperses moisture rather than trapping them where you wear fabric longest. The genital area is also among the most absorbent skin on the body, which is why what's touching it matters more than people realize.
What does GOTS Certified mean?
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It means our cotton is 100% organic and made without the harsh chemicals found in most underwear. Why care? Because those harsh chemicals can leach endocrine disruptors that mess with your hormones. GOTS-certified cotton keeps your boys breathing easy, without that avoidable exposure.
What is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 means every fiber and dye we use has been independently tested for harmful substances, the same ones linked to hormone disruption and fertility issues. Why care? It's independent, third-party proof for your most sensitive real estate, not a self-made label claim.
Why do some styles have 5% elastane if it's organic?
Our Briefs, Compression, and Trunks use just 5% BPA and PVC free elastane, the minimum required to hold shape while keeping GOTS certification. It's a cleaner alternative to the high-percentage polyester blends (60 to 90%) found in conventional underwear. The Boxers go further, with a 100% organic cotton body and elastane only in the waistband. And BALL-NATURAL goes all the way: even the waistband elastic is fully wrapped in organic cotton, so no elastane touches your skin at all. Whichever style you pick, there is no plastic at ball contact.
Why is it $36 a pair?
Because we don't cut corners. Our premium organic materials cost more, and we partner only with ethical factories that pay workers fairly and maintain safe conditions. Add in durability, comfort, and next-level performance, and you've got underwear that's actually worth it. Certified, disclosed, and built to last: that's what the price buys.
